Supply chain
How important is the quality and competence of the supplier of the tablets, in terms of their viability, knowledge of the educational environment, the rate at which they innovate and the availability and reliability of after-sales support?
Quality
How important is it to you that the tablet looks and feels like a quality product (good track record, good workmanship)
